This policy explains what personal information Lassiter Reid LLC (“Lassiter Reid,” “we,” “us”) collects through this website and in the course of our business, how we use it, and the choices you have. What we collect
Information you send us. When you use the contact form you give us your name, your email address and whatever you write in the message. If you email us, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. If you become a client, we also receive the business details, brand materials and contact information needed to make your commercial.
Information collected automatically. Like every website, ours runs on servers that see your IP address, browser type, device type and the pages you request. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes this to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels or tracking scripts, and this site does not set cookies.
Business contact information from public sources. We may contact businesses about our services. When we do, we use business contact details that the business or its staff have made publicly available, such as a name, job title, work email address and company website. We do not buy personal consumer data.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and to schedule calls you ask for.
- To scope, produce, deliver and invoice work for clients.
- To send occasional business emails about our services to businesses that may need them. Every one of these can be declined with a single reply.
- To keep the site secure and working, and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Who else handles it
We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf and only to provide their service to us.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and runs the contact form.
- Telegram delivers contact form submissions to us as a private message.
- Resend may deliver contact form submissions to our inbox by email.
- Our email provider receives and stores the email you send us.
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces on this site. Your browser requests them directly from Google, which receives your IP address and browser details when it does.
- Calendly handles bookings if you choose to schedule a call. Calendly collects the details you enter there under its own privacy policy.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not set cookies of its own and does not run analytics or advertising trackers, so there is no cookie banner. We do not track visitors across other websites. Because of that, there is nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off, but we treat either signal as a request to opt out all the same.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as they are useful for responding to you or for an ongoing working relationship. Client project records are kept for as long as the law and our accounting require, generally up to seven years. Anything else is deleted when you ask us to or once we no longer need it.
Your choices and rights
Wherever you live, you can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you. To do any of these, email [email protected] or simply reply “no thanks” to any email we have sent you. We will confirm your request and respond within 45 days. We may need to verify that a request comes from you, and we may keep information we are legally required to retain. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
California residents. California law gives you the rights described above. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. You may designate an authorized agent to make a request for you.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Client materials
Client review pages are shared by private link and are not listed in search engines. We do not ask for, and clients should not send us, protected health information or patient records. If we receive any, we delete it.
Security
The site is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections, and we limit access to personal information to the people who need it to do the work. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Where it is processed
We are based in the United States, and the information we hold is processed in the United States and wherever our service providers operate.
Changes
If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the effective date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on this page.
